In our undergraduate programs, we emphasize ensuring that by the end of their studies, our students possess solid foundational knowledge with absolute certainty. At the same time, this knowledge should and must be further expanded to ensure that our students develop a truly in-depth understanding and remain competitive in the job market in the long run.

Postgraduate Specialist Programs
Our English-taught postgraduate specialist programmes last two semesters, carry 60 ECTS credits, and typically begin each September.
The Biological Data Analysis postgraduate programme is delivered fully online in a distance-learning format. The High-Throughput Biology programme is part-time, with block teaching, and offers opportunities for laboratory practice.

Doctoral School
After completing the master's program, students interested in research have the opportunity to continue their scientific activities for an additional 2+2 years in the Faculty's multidisciplinary doctoral program—the Roska Tamás Doctoral School of Sciences and Technology, named after our founding dean. The Faculty's doctoral school offers research opportunities in three scientific fields (informatics, electrical engineering, and biology) across five subprograms, enabling students to achieve new research results.
